By interacting with the Aephoron protocol, SDKs, or network nodes, you agree to the following terms.

1. PROTOCOL USAGE

Aephoron is open-source software provided under the Apache 2.0 License.

• Startups, Enterprises, and Governments may use the SDKs and Nodes at their own risk.
• The Empoorio Foundation provides the software "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

2. COMPLIANCE

Users and operators are responsible for ensuring that their implementation of Aephoron complies with local and international laws, including but not limited to:

• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in Europe.
• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) in the United States.
• MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) for financial interactions.

3. DECENTRALIZATION

Aephoron is a decentralized protocol. The Foundation does not control the network, cannot revert transactions, and cannot recover lost private keys for users.

These terms may be updated as the protocol evolves. Continued use of the protocol constitutes acceptance of any changes.
